I have recently been experimenting with shooting slightly off focus long exposures for a more abstract seascape effect. It is another route to further a more nostalgic feel and possibly abstract look to my seascape photography. I have no idea how i was able to capture the waves in lines but this shot so far is by far my favourite i have shot whilst experimenting with abstract seascape photography.

This abstract seascape shot was taken with a Sigma 20mm F/1.8 EX DG with a Hoya ND400 filter.
